The FM Floor Maintainer is a corded floor care machine available in two widths, 17 inches (43 cm) and 20 inches (51 cm). Dual planetary drive system uses precision needle bearing and a rugged 1 hp motor with 1.25 service factor provides extra power for grinding, sanding and carpet cleaning as well as polishing and scrubbing. Available with optional four gallon solution tank.
