Established in 1950 as a roofing distributor, The Tom Duffy Co. rapidly developed itself into a specialized supplier of building materials throughout the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s. In the 1980’s the company transitioned into flooring supplies and began expanding its reach beyond its early footprint in San Rafael.

In the mid 1990’s the Tom Duffy Co. was acquired by the BR Funsten Co. and further expanded it’s reach to over 10,000 flooring items and more than 25 locations and growing. Now serving markets from Phoenix to San Diego to Redding, The Tom Duffy Co. is one of the top 3 largest sundries & supplies distributors in the country. Our products range from specialized items like polished concrete equipment to a wide selection of unfinished and prefinished hardwoods and finishes.
